How it works

  1. 20-minute welcome call. We review your plan, comfort level, and schedule so we can tailor support.
  2. Set a tiny daily commitment. One simple, under-10-minute movement before the next text.
  3. One check-in by text each day, Mon-Sat. Same time every day to build routine.
  4. Reply with your status. “Done” or “need help.” We celebrate wins and adjust without judgment.

Repeat steps 2 to 4 every day for four weeks, and leave with a routine you can keep.
